Self-ServiceQuickLaunch Smart Password Manager is a self-service password reset solution to enable users to reset their passwords help desk support.
Adaptive AuthenticationSmart Password Manager with Adaptive Authentication is an additional layer of authentication to ensure that only the verified end-user can access the account. It prompts the user for an additional factor of authentication if the user changes device, geo-location and access time. The factor could be a challenge question, YubiKey, Email OTP and/or SMS OTP.
Password ResetQuickLaunch Smart Password Manager is a self-service password manager which allows the end-user to securely reset their own passwords. The user has to verify his/her identity through any of the factors of authentication preset by him/her.

Help DeskOn those occasions when a user is unable to utilize smart password manager self-service, QuickLaunch Smart Password Manager can assist Help Desk support the admin will verify the identity of the user by asking security question. If the user correctly answers them, then the admin can trigger a password reset request to the end-user.
