Is the monthly price really billed monthly?
Pricing shown is per-month, billed annually by default. Month-to-month billing is available on request the "Monthly" toggle above shows what that would look like.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. Basic → Identity → IdentityX → Complete is a straight upgrade path. No data migration. No re-implementation.
What's the implementation like?
Basic goes live in 14 days, Identity in 30, IdentityX in 90, and Complete is scoped 30-60-90+ depending on integrations. Every tier is hands-on with a QuickLaunch engineer — no "self-service" rollout.
What does "Customize number of users" actually cost?
Every plan is sized in three bands. Under 10,000 users is the base price. 10,000–20,000 adds $10,000 to the annual price. Over 20,000 is custom — we'll scope it in a 20-minute call.
Do you replace Microsoft Entra?
No — we complete it. QuickLaunch sits on top of Entra and handles what Entra wasn't built for: students, lifecycle events, ghost accounts, and 9-factor MFA.
Is there a nonprofit or higher-ed discount?
Our prices are already built for higher ed — we don't layer on enterprise markups and then "discount" them back. Bundle pricing is available when you combine tiers with Ethos integrations.
