Chicago Theological Seminary selects QuickLaunch to Manage Digital Identities Across the Institution
Chicago, IL – Feb 4, 2020: Chicago Theological Seminary, a Christian ecumenical American seminary located in Chicago, Illinois partners with QuickLaunch to provide one-click secure access to multiple applications, reduce help desk call volumes, cut operational costs, automate user provisioning and enhance institutional security.

Chicago Theological Seminary (CTS) was looking for a password reset solution that can help them save password reset costs and reduce help desk call volumes. QuickLaunch Smart Password Manager will allow their users to reset passwords using multiple factors such as SMS, security questions, email and YubiKey.
QuickLaunch will also provide single sign-on to multiple applications including Campus Café, Canvas and Exchange 2010. Students, staff and faculty at CTS will be able to login to different applications using a single set of credentials. CTS also opted for User Self-Registration and Automated provisioning to streamline user onboarding and access control. User Self-Registration will bring an end to the practice of sending default passwords over email or mailing letters to the user. The new solution will allow users to create their password when they login to the system for the first time.
