Chicago, IL – July 10, 2020: Wharton County Junior College, a public community college accredited by Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) migrated from Thycotic to QuickLaunch to bring down their password manager spent to 35% of what they were paying to their previous vendor. As part of this collaboration, QuickLaunch will be offering its Password Manager solution with MFA to Wharton County Junior College (WCJC).
WCJC was paying a hefty amount to enable self-service password reset at their institution. QuickLaunch helped the institution to get rid of their previous vendor and save approximately 65% of cost invested in password reset solution. Moreover, QuickLaunch took less than 48 hours to implement their password manager suite at WCJC.
The users will now be able to reset their passwords using multiple factors such as challenge questions, email and SMS. The password reset process has been made simple, providing users with a better interface to reset their lost/forgotten passwords.
