Miami, FL – December 3, 2020: Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI), a private, independent, four-year college in Kansas City, Missouri recently went live with QuickLaunch IAM platform. The institution went live with Single Sign-On (Zoho Desk, Slate, Gmail, and Transact), Identity Provider, Smart Password Manager with Multi-Factor Authentication, Adaptive Authentication, and User Self-Registration.
Through this implementation, QuickLaunch will be able to solve multiple identity challenges faced by the KCAI. The institution will now be able to reduce operational costs, boost draining user productivity, reduce help desk call volumes related to password reset, trigger authentication if the system detect suspicious login activity, send welcome letters to new users with link set up their security profile, and enhance overall institutional security.
