QuickLaunch Welcomes Jim Knutson as Vice President of Customer Success

QuickLaunch would like to welcome Jim Knutson to the team as Vice President of Customer Success. Jim joins us with a wealth of industry experience and wisdom, including 12 years in the IAM space with Okta and BeyondID, and over 30 years experience in the IT industry with companies such as CableData, US Computer Services, DST, Amdocs and Sutter Health. Jim will be leading the customer success side of the business here at QuickLaunch, assisting with our growth, providing guidance to product and service teams, and working closely with our channel partners OculusIT, BalcklBeltHelp, and Unifyed to bring the very best products and services to our growing customer base.

Jim is originally from Northern California, and now lives in Marathon, FL. Jim is an accomplished Chef, Scuba Diver, Private Pilot, Sailor, former Power Paraglider Pilot. Jim also volunteers in many local community organizations such as Shriners International and Serves as Executive Officer for the US Power and Sail Squadron in Marathon, FL and more.

He also enjoys fishing and traveling in his leisure time.
