Kilgore College Goes Live on QuickLaunch Student Provisioning
Miami, FL | Oct 21, 2026: QuickLaunch, the #1 iPaaS and Identity Platform for Higher Education, today announced that Kilgore College has gone live on QuickLaunch Student Provisioning. Every new student is now provisioned automatically the moment their record posts to the SIS.
With the platform live, new students receive access to their LMS, email, and all campus applications without a single manual step from IT, and without delays, temporary passwords, or day-one help desk tickets.
"Seeing Kilgore College set an enrollment record this Fall is the kind of growth puts real pressure on legacy IT solutions." said Raymond Todd Blackwood, President of Quicklaunch. "Implementing student provisioning removes that legacy technical debt and the overhead of maintenance from the IT department. When new student records are created in Jenzabar, QuickLaunch handles it. Connect every system, secure every identity."
Kilgore College's enrollment has grown significantly in recent years, reaching 7,288 students in Fall 2024, surpassing the institution's previous record of 6,694 set in 2010. With QuickLaunch now live, every future enrollment surge is matched by identity infrastructure that scales automatically.
"We really appreciate the way the QuickLaunch team handled this. As enrollment grows, keeping identity management in step with that growth becomes critical. QuickLaunch took that pressure off completely. Students get their access the moment they enroll, without anyone on our end having to do a thing. That is exactly where we needed to be."
